Helps homeless people to resettle into the community through support and advice.
This free se
rvice is open to anyone who lives in the borough and who has experienced homelessness. It offers support for up to 70 single homeless people living in or hoping to move into their own homes and who need help and support.

Hammersmith & Fulham Reach's aim is to work with people who are at their most vulnerable, and struggling with mental health and substance misuse problems.

The Day Services are available to all borough residents who are experiencing mental health issues. It is user-run so groups are either facilitated or co-facilitated by service users. A quarterly newspaper is produced. Please call for more information on groups.
