Community Mental Health Teams - Child & Adolescent In the Tower Hamlets locality, this service is provided through two sectors, West and East: They are based at the Greatorex Street and the Emanuel Miller Centre for Families and Children at the Gill Street Health Centre. In addition to community services, a paediatric liaison service and self-harm service is provided for the Royal London Hospital at Whitechapel.

Connexions is an advice service for young people aged 13 to 19. The Connexions office is a one stop shop, open during normal office hours, for young people in Tower Hamlets. Young people can pop in to see a personal advisor for advice on any difficult issues that they may be facing.
