Also provide crisis intervention in high risk cases, offering extensive and ongoing support and ensure women involved in low and medium risk cases get the right help from other organisations. Staff work closely with police, hospitals, the housing sector and social services to ensure frontline staff can spot domestic violence cases and help women, children and young people get the help they need.

Westminster Wellbeing service provides one to one sessions to support peoples emotional health and wellbeing.

The Your Choice programme brings together teams from the council, the Metropolitan Police, the Probation Service and the voluntary sector, to support young people aged 10 to 24 who are gang involved or are on the periphery of gangs. The teams also work with neighbouring boroughs to tackle cross border gang violence. Through early intervention, quick time information sharing and promoting personal responsibility the programme allows young people to make a real choice - to take up the services on offer and become upstanding members of our community, or to face a range of enforcement options.
